Your comfortable hotel ship, the CAPRICE or the L’ESTELLO chug leisurely through the enchanted landscape of Camargue and Provence, where white horses and pink flamingos still live in the wild. On tranquil country roads and bike paths you will cycle through the dreamy landscape of the Rhone Delta, past vineyards, white sand dunes and salt flats by the blue sea to the famous cultural cities of Avignon and Arles. This tour offers the possibility to cycle alone or together with the guide in a group. When you book the tour, please let us know which variant (i.e. guided or unguided) you would like to choose.
Route
Tour profile / level 2
The route is completely flat in the two stages of Camargue, while north of Arles it goes a bit downhill and uphill. There is a more challenging climb towards Baux de Provence, but then you will enjoy a wonderful panorama. The tour is mostly on minor roads with little traffic, but some short stretches are on roads with more traffic that you can’t avoid. Two boat trips are also included.
