Breakdowns with rental bikes
You can repair minor punctures yourself (repair kits are usually included with our rental bikes), for major damage please contact us or our local partner. We will immediately arrange a replacement and suitable transportation to the next stage location/back to the ship. Please do not have any repairs carried out on rental bikes without our consent.

Breakdowns with your own bike
If your own bike is broken, we will take care of replacement/help and transportation on request. However, this is at your own expense. We accept no liability for private bikes.

Exhaustion/fatigue
If you are too exhausted to continue, we will be happy to organize transport for you and your bike to the next stage location/back to the ship. Here too, all costs are to be borne by you.
